As British Columbians find out a major pipeline carrying bitumen oil could soon cross their province, Vancouver residents from all walks of life will gather on December 5th at the Woodward’s Atrium to discuss climate action. Local Climate Reality Leader Hossein Maleki and UBC Professor Dr. Simon Donner will kick off the discussion at 5:30pm with keynote speeches on the role of Canada in the global fight against climate change. The speeches will be followed by a live screening of 24 Hours of Reality: The Road Forward, and a free live performance by R&B-Soul singer Tonye.
